Experience the charm of the garden level at our property as you step through the covered entrance. Upon entry, you are greeted by an entrance hall featuring a convenient separate toilet and a utility room that doubles as a drying room and houses a washing machine and a sink.
Continuing through the entrance hall, you'll discover a cozy double bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom boasting a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Beyond the bedroom lies an inviting open-plan living space comprising a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (No. 4 filters), blender, toaster, and electric kettle.
The delightful living room is appointed with a television, sound system, and a wood-burning stove, while providing access to two outdoor terraces and the garden for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
For eco-conscious guests, an electric car charging station is conveniently located near our Vieux Chemin holiday cottage, ensuring a sustainable stay.
This floor boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, each furnished with two 90cm single beds that can be joined to create a double bed or used separately. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink.
Families with young children will appreciate the availability of a baby cot and high chair for the youngest explorers.
